About ME

I’m an experienced operations and retail leader with a passion for building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering results. Currently, I work as an Operations Manager at Amazon, where I’ve led initiatives that boosted performance, improved safety, and helped MSP1 move the needle in becoming great.

I’m PMP-certified, data-focused, and believe the best results come from empowering people and leading with clarity.

Before Amazon, I held leadership roles at Nike and Lululemon. 2 years with Nike was pack filled with some of my proudest achievements including co-directing the Chicago Marathon that Nike hosts. We hit a $5.6M sales goal in just three days, managing the full remodel of Nike’s Mall of America store (4th largest store for Nike), and opening eight Nike Well Collective stores while helping create standard operating procedures used across North America.

at Lululemon, I spent 4 years as a Senior Manager and spent the last 1.5 years as an Area Manager overseeing the Pacific Northwest. This included over 40+ stores totaling over $100M in revenue. My biggest project to date is when I launched MIRROR for Lululemon. It was a full scale project across 200 locations in North America and Canada. This included everything from building out trainings to getting the store, digital team, and construction team through the finish line for a renovation.

Outside of my career, My passion was and still is basketball where I played professionally overseas in Puerto Rico and Greece. I was an assistant coach collegiality for two years at a top 25 ranked Division 2 school. I am now a dad of two, a big fan of fitness and anime, and lucky to be married to my wife, Katie. She is a powerhouse in her own right—a life coach, Author, former lawyer, and competitive powerlifter who inspires me every day.
