where I led the EXPO side consisting of Vendor partnership, logistics, staffing, and ramp down plan to successfully deliver on a $5.6 million revenue goal in just 3 days.
Amazon - MSP1 Chute configuration
Reconfiguration
I led a 5-month AFE reconfiguration project that addressed a critical 4-year-old operational gap that had gone unresolved. This was a self directed passion project that I wanted to complete while simultaneously running OB as the main POC OM for nights.

Nike Well Collective - Minnetonka
Store Opening + NA SOP Rollout
I project managed the opening of 8+ Nike Well Collective stores across the Midwest, overseeing all phases from pre-construction planning to grand opening execution. In parallel, I co-developed, consulted, and rolled out a North America-wide operational pillar and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) initiative, designed to unify store operations, enhance the member experience, and elevate team accountability. This dual effort ensured consistency across new store formats while laying a scalable foundation for the broader Well Collective expansion strategy.
Lululemon - MIRROR
North America Launch
Led North America-wide integration of MIRROR across 200+ stores. This included aligning construction, retail, and digital teams to deliver on aggressive go-live timelines. Delivering on 98.5% of our live date commitments.
Remodel - MOA, Minnesota
One of my most complex and rewarding projects was leading the full remodel of Nike’s Mall of America location — a Top 5 revenue-generating store globally for the brand. I managed the project end-to-end, from initial planning and stakeholder coordination to construction oversight and final launch execution. Throughout the remodel, I also maintained full operational performance of the existing store, ensuring zero disruption to customer experience and revenue.
